My name is Hillary, and I’m so glad you’ve visited me here in my internet hovel!

A bit about me - I managed to acquire a BFA (Hons) from the University of Manitoba and an MA in Fine Art from the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London, UK. After graduating, I found it incredibly difficult to balance work and art, and my creative pursuits took a back burner for a long time. I finally had enough of that nonsense and built a fully operational studio in my garage

In The Garage, I delve into the world of ceramics, drawing inspiration from nature, creatures, and cryptids. My work often explores themes around the human condition, and I often like to infuse my imagery with a twist of dark humour. I’m currently making pieces that I find to be just fun and functional, while also exploring sculptural work.
